    let’s explore the four fundamental tenses:

    1. Present Simple: The present simple tense is used to describe habits, routines, facts, and general truths.

    Example:

    • Mr. Lee is diagnosed with hypertension.

    • Ms. Garcia resides alone and relies on a walker for mobility.

    • He has a recurring migraine.

    2. Present Continuous: Used to talk about things that are happening right now or around the time we’re speaking or writing. It can also be used to talk about future plans or arrangements.

    Example:

    • Mr. Anderson is currently dealing with intense migraines.

    • She is presently taking two aspirin tablets daily.

    • Mr. Patel is showing positive responses to the new physiotherapy routine.

    3. Past Simple: Used to talk about things that happened and finished in the past. This could be a long time ago or just a little while ago.

    Example:

    • Upon examination, his pulse was irregular.

    • He visited the clinic with symptoms of fatigue and dizziness.

    • Her glucose levels were high at 180 mg/dL.

    4. Present Perfect: Used to talk about things that happened at some point in the past and are still important now. It can also be used to talk about experiences or changes that have happened over time.

    Example:

    • She has voiced apprehensions about potential adverse effects.

    • Mr. Kim has demonstrated considerable progress since commencing the therapy.

    • Since her previous appointment, Mrs. Thompson’s blood pressure has stabilised from 160/100 to 120/80.
